Nate Davis
Founder & Owner
Nate is a mechanical engineer with an MBA and a hands-on, consultative approach to working with clients. He has over 15 years of experience in residential remodeling, construction and property management, with deep expertise in universal and ADA design standards, smart-home technology and accessibility solutions.
Juliann Davis
Co-Founder
Juliann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and Business Administration, and has worked with the senior population her entire career — in hospital, home health, hospice, community and counseling settings. Seeing how often seniors trying to age at home had needs no one was addressing is what led her to co-found LiveWell.
Jose Rivas
Construction Project Manager
With over 12 years in residential remodeling — six of them at LiveWell — Jose keeps every project on track and on standard. He’s ADA-trained and one of our foremost experts in accessible bathroom design and grab-bar placement. Once a project begins, Jose is your primary point of contact.
James FitzGerald
General Manager, Austin & San Antonio
James leads LiveWell’s Austin and San Antonio operations, overseeing both branches so every client in Central and South Texas gets the same standard of service LiveWell is known for in Houston.
Emily Rodriguez
Accessibility Consultant, San Antonio
With more than 15 years in medical and senior-living sales, Emily has spent her career helping seniors and their families navigate major life transitions. She brings that consultative, patient-first approach to every San Antonio home visit.
